Resale Terms & Conditions

You (“Customer” or “you”) are a party to a Customer Agreement with Genuine Genius Technologies, LLC d/b/a Xvoucher (“Xvoucher”), pursuant to which you are purchasing Xvoucher Services and/or Products. As a condition to that agreement you are required to complete and accept the terms of this VAT Addendum. This VAT Addendum is entered into pursuant to and made part of the Customer Agreement (the “Agreement”).

If you are located outside of the United States, you represent and warrant that you the Purchaser are purchasing the Goods and Services for resale and not for direct use. You understand and agree that the purchase price does not include VAT (or similar charges) and Xvoucher is not responsible for collecting and remitting VAT. You represent and warrant that you have a valid VAT registered number and, if the transaction is subject VAT, you will be responsible for any filing and reporting of the reverse charge for this transaction. You agree to indemnify and hold Xvoucher harmless for failing to comply with this section or any taxes payable with respect to transactions pursuant to this Agreement.
