Yes, there will always be a free version, known as our Basic tier. With Basic, you can purchase and manage vouchers, access standard reporting, and take advantage of the Xvoucher Wallet.
Customer Support is available by email. Our standard SLA is 2 business days.
Subcription to your service tier will be made by credit card only. Xvoucher will automatically charge your credit card monthly to ensure the continuation of your subscription. You may cancel at any time.
We currently only accept credit card payments for the purchase of a platform subscription.
All subscriptions will be charged in USD.
You can cancel at any time, and your subscription will end at the end of your billing cycle.
If you choose to downgrade your subscription, you will no longer have access to the features available in your current plan. Your current subscription will end at the end of your billing cycle and your new subscription level will begin.
